The original kitchen cabinets were removed. The new cabinets were stock oak, finished at home prior to hanging. The improved traffic flow and additional storage cabinets were well worth the investment. The backsplash was tiled, a dishwasher was installed, other appliances replaced and rearranged to form a perfect triangular work area. The flooring was replaced with peel and stick vinyl tile and the light fixtures were updated.
